We are seeking an experienced Chief Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our well-established surgical practice in Michigan.
Salary and BenefitsThe compensation package includes a generous annual salary of $600,000, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, vacation time, CME opportunities, 403(b) plan, malpractice insurance, and a sign-on bonus. Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will collaborate with two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and a skilled medical staff to provide high-quality patient care. Our office operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, with a shared call schedule of 1:3. You will have access to cutting-edge technology, including Open Heart Surgery and TAVR services, to cater to the diverse needs of over 100,000 residents in the area.
Requirements and QualificationsApplicants must be board-certified or eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care. A strong referral network and dedicated leadership team ensure that our surgeons thrive in their roles.
