Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Fond du Lac, WI. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing knowledge and solutions to customers, as well as performing technical duties such as phone repair and key cutting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
  • Perform technical duties such as phone repair, key cutting, and reprogramming of key fob remotes
  • Gain a quick and solid understanding of our electronic retail and cross-referencing system
  • Work with small parts and tools for phone repair and device repair
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meet sales and customer service targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Customer service and sales oriented with high motivation
  • Ability to lift 50 + lbs
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
