We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Group Fitness Instructor. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for leading energizing and educational group classes that promote healthy living and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group classes that align with the YMCA's mission and goals
  • Provide support and guidance to members in achieving their wellness goals
  • Build strong relationships with members and the community
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and follow YMCA policies and procedures
Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Knowledge and skill to teach at least 2 formats or advanced training in the area of specialty
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multi-lingual
  • National Group Exercise Certification (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, or NETA) and/or BS in related field
