  • Safely ascend trees using advanced techniques and equipment

  • Trimming and pruning trees with precision and care
  • Leading by example and providing guidance to other team members
  • Assisting with other job responsibilities as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working professionally as a climber
  • Experience rigging in small spaces over homes and properties
  • Compliance with company safety protocols
  • Own climbing gear and size saddle
  • Knowledge of proper pruning practices
  • Ability to trim without gaffs
  • Leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
  • Ability to train others
  • Good communication and organizational skills
Compensation Package

$320-$480 per day, depending on experience

Average work week: 48 hours

Weekly bonuses equal to one day's pay awarded when quote is made each week

Work Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-6:30pm

Friday: occasional workday, weekends off unless storms or emergency situations require otherwise

Double pay for emergency work on weekends, full day's pay for night shifts
