Job Title: Event Installation Specialist

Job Type: Part-Time/Seasonal

Reports To: Owner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Event Installation Specialist to assist with the setup, installation, and breakdown of tents, lighting, and other event-related equipment for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, festivals, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation, setup, and dismantling of tents, lighting, and related event equipment.
  • Ensure proper securing of tents, stakes, poles, and other hardware to maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Help with the placement and connection of lighting fixtures, ensuring that all electrical components are properly set up and functioning.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, including vehicles, equipment, and job sites.
  • Load and unload equipment from trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete installations according to event schedules.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company protocols to prevent accidents or damage to equipment.
  • Assist with customer requests and ensure client satisfaction during event setups.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to tent or lighting setup and make necessary adjustments.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event setup, construction, or manual labor is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in tent and lighting installation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
