About the Opportunity
We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a Sales Agent to join our team in our Colorado Springs, CO office. As a Sales Agent with Comparion Insurance Agency, you will have the chance to build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community, identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting, and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with local community members, businesses, and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a state insurance license in Property & Casualty, and Life, as well as the ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines and familiarity with finding, building, and growing leads and customer base.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with local community members, businesses, and organizations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
- A state insurance license in Property & Casualty, and Life
