Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As an Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing imaging procedures on general radiographic equipment, expanding your skill set into other modalities, and providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform imaging procedures on all general radiographic equipment
  • Expand your skill set into other modalities such as Interventional Radiology, Mammography, CT, MRI, and Bone Density
  • Provide excellent patient care and service
  • Recognize general radiography anatomy and apply appropriate scanning and imaging protocols
  • Use RIS/PACS and HIS systems for proper recording of patient exams and dissemination of patient results

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of an approved and accredited Radiology Technology program
  • Recent hospital-related experience preferred
  • Digital Imaging and post-processing PACS experience desirable
  • Current state R.T. license and BLS Certification through American Heart Association required
