Key Responsibilities

Pre-Shift Duties:

  • Prepare the dining area for service, arrange tables and chairs, and replenish supplies
  • Complete preparatory tasks such as portioning sauces and slicing garnishes
  • Ensure the dining space is clean and ready for patrons

During Service:

  • Welcome guests in a timely and courteous manner, present daily specials, and recommend additional menu items
  • Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale system and uphold quality standards
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests, maintain a tidy work area, and provide outstanding service
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns, process transactions, and encourage repeat visits

Closing Duties:

  • Generate financial reports, reconcile cash transactions, and fulfill closing responsibilities
  • Share tips with fellow team members and report earnings accurately

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous experience in a serving role is advantageous
