Hotel Safety Officer Job Summary

Crescent Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Safety Officer to join our team. As a Hotel Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel to identify potential safety risks and security threats.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and property.
  • Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Investigate incidents and write reports as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and ensure the security of our guests and staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Security Guard, Police Officer, or Loss Prevention Agent.
  • Previous hotel security experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems and computers is required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
