Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality soccer training sessions to clients of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Conduct sessions at various locations, including client homes and nearby fields.
  • Maintain a safe and engaging training environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $35-$45 per lesson.
  • Opportunity to work flexible hours and choose your own schedule.

Requirements:

  • Age 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Minimum 2 years of soccer coaching experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Background check and soccer training equipment requirements.
