Maintenance Specialist

As a Warehouse Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained, and performing various tasks to support the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 28 branches nationwide. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service and building strong relationships with our customers and employees.

We offer a competitive salary of $19-19.50 per hour, which reflects the value we place on our employees' hard work and dedication.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, floors, and other areas of the warehouse;
• Maintain and repair equipment, furniture, and other facilities;
• Empty and clean wastebaskets and trash containers;
• Strip, clean, buff, and apply floor sealer and finish to hard surface floors;
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• You must be at least 18 years old;
• You must be able to work in various environments, including outdoors and indoors, and may be subject to adverse conditions such as rain, cold or heat for extended periods of time;

• Competitive pay of $19-19.50/Hour;
• Part Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-12pm;
