Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with other disciplines.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, maintaining accurate records.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
- Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
