Café Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
• Ensure shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
• Communicate effectively with the members of the team and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification preferred
