Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute maintenance projects
  • Provide technical guidance and training to operations and maintenance personnel
  • Conduct vendor surveillance and quality control on equipment repairs
  • Review and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with plant startups, shutdowns, and upsets as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with industrial rotating equipment in chemical or refinery industries
  • Extensive knowledge of compressors, pumps, fans, and blowers
  • Knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, PIP, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
