Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

**Job Summary**

Summit Medical Staffing Nursing is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join their team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, such as CT scanners, to produce high-quality diagnostic images. This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with a 10-hour night shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a similar role and hold an ARRT(R)(CT) certification. Texas licensure is also required. The equipment used includes Siemens and Canon systems, with Epic charting software. **Responsibilities**

* Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
* Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and imaging results
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care

**Requirements**

* 1 year of experience in a diagnostic imaging role
* ARRT(R)(CT) certification
* Texas licensure
* Ability to work 10-hour night shifts
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
