Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance to registered nurses in achieving quality patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of a plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Implement and evaluate the plan of care under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Provide patient care and assistance to nursing staff as directed.
- Participate in activities designed to improve healthcare delivery.
- Build knowledge base regarding clinical leadership.
- Participate in ongoing educational activities.
- Complete assigned goals.
- Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire date.
- Computer literacy.
