Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to plan and coordinate construction activities.
  2. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  4. Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including project status updates, cost analysis, and risk assessments.
  5. Participate in business development activities, such as proposal writing, bid support, and client presentations.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination, administration, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with construction software, including Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
