Automotive Parts Technician

Fenix Parts Inc is a leading force in the automotive recycling revolution, with a robust network expanding across the U.S. We are seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Locate and remove automotive parts from vehicles in our salvage yards, ensuring quality and functionality.
- Operate forklifts and other lift equipment to move parts safely between storage areas.
- Examine parts for defects, label, and tag items meticulously, and input data into our computer systems.
- Manage the organization and disposal of scrap and core materials to designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, completing necessary paperwork diligently.
- At least 1 year of hands-on automotive mechanic experience, including repair and/or removal of automotive parts.
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of automotive parts and their functions.
- Must own and maintain essential mechanical tools.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
