About the Role:

We are seeking experienced attorneys to join our Transactions Team at GCSolutions. As an alternative legal service provider, we offer clients cost-effective services staffed by highly qualified attorneys. This role allows for flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and the ability to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to team development
Handle corporate and transactional matters
Work with general corporate and commercial contract law
Collaborate with firm and/or in-house counsel

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in corporate and transactional law
Firm and/or in-house counsel experience
Excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials
Strong writing and analytical skills
Fluency in Japanese or Spanish is highly sought

What We Offer:

National average salary range: $60,000 - $140,000
Starting salary based on hours expectation

Ability to work remotely
