Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Planet Healthcare. As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Travel Respiratory Therapist will work in a hospital setting, providing respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions. This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with a shift breakdown of 5 x 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
  • 2+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
