Job Summary

The Ambulatory Surgical Center Leader is responsible for overseeing and developing the operating suite through key tasks, such as hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling, and supervision. We seek a professional with proven strategies to allow for continued growth for the business. An Ambulatory Surgical Center Leader should be able to solve problems quickly and effectively using excellent critical thinking skills with emotional intelligence to deal with staff at all levels within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operating room efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
• Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Five years' experience in surgery as an OR circulator
• Two years' experience in surgery management, which includes pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care
• Current TN RN License - CNOR preferred
• BLS and ACLS required
• Independent decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians
