In this position, you will welcome, direct, and monitor customer traffic within the dealership, employing a systematic approach to track visits. You will input data into the prospect tracking system and generate weekly reports for management. Additionally, you will ensure customers are directed to the right personnel or inform sales representatives of waiting clients. Maintaining professional communication with callers and visitors is paramount, ensuring a friendly and efficient interaction. You will handle incoming calls to the Sales Department and relay messages promptly to the relevant parties. Upholding a professional appearance and treating all customers with respect and dignity is essential.
Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and telephone communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office and database applications.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $23.
