We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead Mechanical Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing mechanical engineering services for designing manufacturing processing equipment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed specifications for manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements
  • Participate in design and engineering reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Provide technical support for manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Oversee the development of equipment qualification test procedures and evaluate test results
  • Review and finalize equipment qualification test reports
  • Work with vendors to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on automation and manufacturing
  • Strong technical expertise in electro/mechanical machine functions and project life cycle experience
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for business purposes
