Technical Manager

We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead Mechanical Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing mechanical engineering services for designing manufacturing processing equipment. You will also provide technical input during the design phase and collaborate with other engineering disciplines. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed specifications for manufacturing processes and equipment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements
- Participate in design and engineering reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Provide technical support for manufacturing equipment and processes
- Oversee the development of equipment qualification test procedures and evaluate test results
- Review and finalize equipment qualification test reports
- Work with vendors to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on automation and manufacturing
- Strong technical expertise in electro/mechanical machine functions and project life cycle experience
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to travel up to 20% for business purposes
