Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling patients on medication use and health-related topics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners to promote health education and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services, including inventory management, billing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in pharmacy practice to provide evidence-based care and recommendations to patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
