Job Overview:
Teddy Morse's Daytona Harley-Davidson is seeking a Barback for the vibrant Saints & Sinners Pub located in Destination Daytona.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restock the liquor room and bar(s) with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring paper goods are replenished as necessary.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, liquor room, and beer coolers, including tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
  • Ensure the bar is adequately set up each day, including stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, and produce based on projected needs and events.
  • Provide accurate inventory updates at the end of each shift.
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Be knowledgeable about safety protocols and emergency procedures to prevent accidents.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a barback is preferred.
  • Strong guest service and time management skills are essential.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid TIPS and/or ServSafe certification is a plus.
