This includes landscape maintenance, mowing, pruning, mulching, and manicuring properties. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 members to successfully complete tasks for customers.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, mulching, and manicuring properties.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Operate new equipment and machinery.
- Plant flowers, trees, and other vegetation.
- Remove snow from properties during the winter months.
- 1-2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
- Competitive hourly rate of $25.00 per hour.
