Job Title: Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of designated projects, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget. The Foreman will also be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and supervising work crews, providing technical direction, and performing general labor tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Schedule and coordinate work crews, providing technical direction and ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Perform general labor tasks and fill in as needed to support project requirements.
  • Assist ISC supervisors and office staff with documentation and project coordination.
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including project owners, prime contractors, and office staff.
  • Represent the company in project meetings and field operations.
  • Assist with financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests.
  • Inspect work areas and coordinate material and equipment flow.
  • Lead employees with sound judgment, integrity, and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory construction experience or equivalent lead experience.
  • High School/GED education required.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
  • Ability to travel out of state.
  • Pass pre-employment physical examination.
  • Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol and random tests.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction technology, equipment, and methods.
  • Hands-on experience in craft and labor coordination.
  • Familiarity with Company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team.
  • Wear active personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license through physical qualifications.
  • Attend seminars and continue education as required.
