Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Mac Papers and Packaging. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of shipments and inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand work orders and verbal instructions to complete assignments.
  • Interact with internal operating systems to process daily tasks.
  • Receive, put away, and move products as needed.
  • Select merchandise for shipment and stack on load pallets using an order selector or forklift.
  • Stage pallets for loading at proper dock locations.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed.
  • Stretch-wrap product for safe transportation.
  • Mark all packages with proper identifying information.
  • Meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy while working in a safe manner.
  • Perform general cleaning/maintenance duties.
  • Daily inspections of warehouse equipment.
  • Follow company preferred work methods at all times.
  • Immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe working conditions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year warehouse experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Ability to efficiently use a Windows-based computer.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communications skills.
  • Must be able to work alone, and with a team.
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English, for safe and effective performance of the job and business operations.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
