Key Responsibilities
  • Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers and providing a personalized shopping experience.
  • Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively to meet their needs.
  • Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and offering expert advice.
  • Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales by upselling and cross-selling products.
  • Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale.
  • Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items.
  • Process merchandise to be floor-ready and maintain back room and understock to brand standards.
  • Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor and available for purchase.
