  • Complete close-out documentation and secure Owner's approval.
  • Travel as necessary.
  • Oversee multiple projects across a broad area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in Interiors or Ground Up Projects is essential.
  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive field construction experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Current or soon-to-be-acquired Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of various trades and OSHA regulations.
  • Proficiency in job scheduling, planning, and cost management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.
