Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Autism Therapist Lead to join our team. This role will involve working closely with a collaborative culture that values empathy and teamwork, as well as ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing center-based, early intervention, and evidence-based therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing behavioral therapy plans tailored to individual client needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Mastery's or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
