Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care by conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid MN RN licensure.
- Completion of BLS certification/Acls certification within 90 days.
- 1-3 years of nursing experience desired, but new graduates encouraged to apply.
