Overview of Manufacturing Systems Engineering
Manufacturing Systems Engineering is dedicated to the development of Power Capacitors and Instrument Transformers tailored to client specifications through the design, creation, and enhancement of systems. This discipline encompasses the identification of system needs, formulation of design concepts, execution of trade studies, selection of optimal designs, and assurance of seamless integration. The entire process spans from initial concept through to production and operational phases.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates the integration of components and products for the manufacturing of Power Capacitors and Instrument Transformers. Oversees product and system requirements, specifications, validation, and verification processes. Establishes product requirements and manages the interfaces among components. Drives critical-to-quality (CTQ) and risk assessments within design teams while maintaining configuration management.
  • Acquires comprehensive knowledge of the technical aspects of manufacturing, leveraging technical acumen and understanding of business objectives to achieve results. Recognizes how the work of their team aligns with other teams and utilizes judgment to propose solutions beyond established parameters.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving capabilities through technical expertise and analytical thinking. May mentor new team members.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Engineering/Technology and Systems Engineering.
Preferred Attributes
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficient in analyzing and resolving issues, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
  • Strong project management skills.
This position necessitates access to U.S. export-controlled information.
