Position Summary:
As a Facility Cleaning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all floor surfaces are properly maintained through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Adhere to established procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to surfaces.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, fitting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
- Manage waste disposal effectively, including the use of compactors for specific materials.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Spot clean carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing.
- Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies as needed.
- Follow the housekeeping schedule diligently.
- Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and backpack vacuums.
- Perform additional duties as required based on the scope of work or customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrate reliability and commitment to the role.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a drug test when required.
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous.
Position Details:
- Part-Time role, requiring 3.75 hours per week.
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
- Compensation: $14 per hour.
