Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct substance abuse assessments for clients
  • Integrate various treatment modalities and clinical interactions
  • Facilitate dual diagnosis treatment groups, focusing on education, motivation, relapse prevention, and evidence-based practices
  • Assess mental health status, safety, and potential medication contraindications
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in rehabilitation counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related human services discipline
  • One year of direct experience providing addiction services counseling work
  • Desired: LCDP, LCSW, LMHC, LHMC license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
