  • Answer incoming calls and warmly welcome clients.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Utilize a customer-centered, needs-based approach to educate clients about various insurance products.
