About the Role

As a Service Writer at General RV Center, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our service department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customers with accurate and detailed information about the repairs and maintenance required for their RVs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers to determine their RV repair or maintenance needs.
  • Submit repair orders with accurate and detailed descriptions of the work required.
  • Assist customers in recommending additional products and services that enhance the overall use of their RVs.
  • Clearly explain technical issues to customers and provide solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • Experience with RV or automotive service writing is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license.
