JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Cattle Feeding Operations Supervisor to manage daily feedyard activities. The supervisor will lead a team of 10-12 full-time staff members. Candidates must possess exceptional skills in Animal Health, Bunk Management, and Equipment Maintenance. A positive attitude and effective communication skills are vital. Applicants should demonstrate a robust work ethic and a commitment to task completion.

Key responsibilities include monitoring feed bunks, coordinating feed schedules, managing feed ingredient processing and inventory, overseeing animal health, handling cattle receiving and shipping, cattle processing, maintaining equipment, managing manure, and leading improvement projects while ensuring weekend work schedules are adhered to.

This role is a middle management position that will liaise with upper management to prioritize tasks and manage crews.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, with the supervisor actively engaging with each team on a daily basis.
