Job Title: Clubhouse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clubhouse Specialist to join our team at Viability, Inc. As a Clubhouse Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and servicing employment relationships between clients and community employers, providing access to an array of employment, job training, and educational opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement vocational guidance plans to support clients in achieving their employment goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with community employers to identify job opportunities and provide job placement services
  • Provide job coaching and training to clients to enhance their employability skills
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful job placements and ongoing support
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust vocational guidance plans as needed
Requirements:
  • High School/GED and 1 year of experience required, or an Associate's degree with 1 year of experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable vehicle required
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screening, physical, and have an acceptable driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet
