Responsibilities

The Residential Counselor will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized support to residents, including assistance with daily routines and activities.
  • Collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitoring and reporting on resident behavior and progress.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and providing input on resident care.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, one year of experience working with children, and a valid driver's license. Must be at least 21 years old.

Estimated Salary: $42,080 - $52,480 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Greenfield, NH.
