Role Summary:

We are in search of talented Pizza Chefs to manage and execute the culinary preparation process while adhering to health and safety regulations. The selected candidates will also be tasked with efficiently handling supplies and kitchen tools to minimize waste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute food preparation in accordance with established guidelines.
• Assess food and supply needs, ensuring they are adequately stocked.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Correctly store and label food products.
• Notify management of any equipment maintenance requirements.
• Follow standardized recipes and dietary specifications.
• Coordinate food production with service schedules.
• Maintain accurate production logs.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Conduct regular food temperature assessments.
• Fulfill assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Basic literacy and communication skills are necessary.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
• Manual dexterity and sensory acuity are essential.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.
