Job Summary:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join Addus Homecare as a Bilingual Spanish Home Care Administrative Assistant. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to our team.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management for Senior Level management
  • Coordinates arrangements for internal/external meetings, conference calls; compile and disseminate materials for meetings, provide catering needs as required
  • Works on a variety of special projects as needed with multi-tasking as necessary
  • Takes initiative, uses good judgment, understands deadlines and carries multiple projects through to completion with much interruption
  • Works independently under general direction while prioritizing work
  • Assists in coordinating a variety of monthly and quarterly local and branch award programs
  • Involvement in upkeep of the Company intranet and external website
  • Greets guests, maintain reception area and main conference room appearance
  • Answers overflow of switchboard calls
  • Demonstrates accurate knowledge of services of the Company and provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with Management and Support Center staff
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information

**Requirements & Competencies:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual Spanish Speaking
  • Two years of administrative experience
  • Ability to handle confidential aspects of the role
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Assesses work load and re-prioritize as needed, handling multiple task under tight deadlines
  • Works under pressure and deals with interruptions and other unexpected events and make necessary adjustments

We offer a competitive salary range of $21.00 to $21.25 per hour.
