Key Responsibilities
  • Install and service smart home technology, ensuring seamless customer experiences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering personalized experiences
  • Sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Field technician experience, with a strong understanding of installation and service procedures
  • Clean driving record and valid license, with a focus on safe and efficient travel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Physical Demands
  • Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
  • Climb ladders up to 14 feet
  • Work in attics and other limited-space areas
  • Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly base pay, uncapped commission, and comprehensive paid training and coaching. Our compensation package also includes a 4/10 work schedule with home dispatch, company take-home vehicle and gas card, cell phone and work tablet, and all necessary tools for the job.

We provide a full benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) coverage, as well as 10 PTO days and paid holidays. Our company culture values employee development and leadership opportunities, and we offer employee pricing on smart home products.
