As a Dishroom Attendant at Xperience XRG, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and cleaning kitchen machinery and equipment properly and safely. You will also be expected to store equipment in its designated place. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing food service, preparation ware, dish room, pot room, and kitchen areas in restaurants. Your tasks will include scraping and spraying all ware before placing it in the ware washing machine and racking all china and glassware according to dish room standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and clean kitchen machinery and equipment properly and safely
  • Clean and sanitize food service, preparation ware, dish room, pot room, and kitchen areas in restaurants
  • Scrape and spray all ware before placing it in the ware washing machine
  • Rack all china and glassware according to dish room standards
