About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Courtesy Tech to join our team at Jiffy Lube. As a key member of our service center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing vehicle services, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a friendly smile and escort them to the lounge
  • Drive vehicles into the bay and check dashboard and exterior lights
  • Perform courtesies, including vacuuming interior and cleaning exterior windows
  • Check and adjust tire pressure to manufacturer's recommendations
  • Perform tire rotations and visually inspect brake pads and rotors
  • Perform clean-up duties and ensure the service center is orderly and presentable
Requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Energetic, hardworking, and able to multi-task
  • Show initiative, responsibility, and must be reliable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer savvy to learn Jiffy Lube's POS system
