Key Responsibilities:
- Process admission tickets for visitors, managing both cash and credit transactions.
- Operate a point-of-sale cash register efficiently.
- Conduct end-of-day cash drawer reconciliations.
- Provide information to guests in person or via phone.
- Welcome guests as they arrive at the facility.
- Stamp hands of guests exiting the park who wish to return.
- Assist in directing groups to designated sales areas.
- Inspect bags to ensure compliance with facility regulations.
- Express gratitude to guests for their visit.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
Preparation and Training:
The Cashier must exhibit outstanding customer service abilities and a readiness to engage in general guest relations tasks. A solid understanding of basic mathematics is essential. A combination of relevant education and experience that equips the individual with the necessary skills for effective job performance may be considered.
