Job Summary

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing software, hardware, and networks to ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop all Windows and Linux infrastructure technology to ensure 24x7x365 uptime service.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and applications.
  • Provide supporting data and documentation for systems and applications accreditation processes and change requests.
  • Collaborate with development and security teams to share and obtain information on routine and non-routine maintenance and troubleshoot common systems.
  • Administer Active Directory services, member servers, and storage.
  • Integrate new technologies into new and existing systems.
  • Isolate and resolve complex hardware and software problems.
  • Manage and execute projects approved and documented in the ticketing system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant systems administration/systems engineering experience.
  • Experience designing, evaluating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Red Hat Linux 7 and 8.
  • Ability to upgrade Windows and Linux Servers to new versions and plan, deliver, operate, and manage Microsoft server infrastructure solutions.
  • Knowledge or experience with Hyper-V, VMWare, or Azure, SCCM, SMTP, Printer Management, DHCP, DNS, NFS, SAMBA, CIFS, etc.
  • Active Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (Exams AZ-800 & AZ-801) and DoD 8570 certification at IAT II, Red Hat Linux, Linux +, CompTIA Security +ce or higher.

Security Clearance Requirement

Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • RHEL Certification, Linux +, CCNA, CCSP, MCSE, and/or SANS GIAC.
  • Experienced with Linux administration.
