About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Care Partner to join our team at The Montecito Senior Living community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily medication administration, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Keep accurate charting documentation up-to-date and report any changes in resident status.
  • Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies, maintaining a smooth logistical process.
  • Manage medication files and medical records, ensuring they are current and up-to-date.
  • Provide emotional support and care to residents, promoting independence and engagement.
  • Prioritize open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
Requirements
  • Positive team player attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, including medication administration in a community setting.
  • Current Certified Caregiver license in Arizona and First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Experience working in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living settings is preferred.
