About the Role:
This part-time, night shift position (7pm-7:30am, 2, 12 hour shifts per week) offers a .6 FTE opportunity with rotating weekends. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a diverse team of caregivers to provide excellent patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: $48.32 - $66.65
- Evening shift differential: $2.85 per hour
- Night shift differential: $6.20 per hour
- $6,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance for eligible external hires

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
