We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at McAlister's. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, preparing high-quality food, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring quality and quantity requirements are met.
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
